But a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in 2014 suggested that it may be helpful for women with high blood pressure to breastfeed.
That study also found that women who breastfed for 10 or more hours per week were more likely to reduce their blood pressure in the months following.
That means that you can have a better chance of surviving an episode of high blood, as well as getting back into the habit of breastfeeding.
Breastmilk can boost your immune system Breastmilks are good for the body and immune system.
However, if you do breastfeed, it’s important to keep the amount of milk you drink at a reasonable level.
In the United States, the average daily milk intake for a woman is around two litres.
This is much less than the amount that can be recommended by the Institute of Medicine, which recommends one to two litre milk per day for babies and young children.
